KVKK INFORMATION TEXT
In accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), the following information is provided by Ofi Teknoloji A.Ş. ("Company") as the data controller regarding the processing of your personal data within the scope of the UmrahAI application and related services ("Application").

2. Your Processed Personal Data

3. Purposes of Processing
Your personal data is processed for the purposes of creating and managing your account, providing tour program and group coordination services, operating live broadcast and translation features, providing artificial intelligence assistant services, ensuring security and preventing misuse, responding to support requests, fulfilling legal obligations, and conducting service improvement analyses if you have given explicit consent.
4. Legal Grounds
Your data is based on the legal grounds of necessity for the establishment and performance of a contract (KVKK Article 5/2-c), fulfillment of a legal obligation (Article 5/2-ç), and legitimate interest (Article 5/2-f; security and record keeping) provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms. Your sensitive personal data, such as health and religion data, is processed solely based on your explicit consent given on separate screens; if you do not give explicit consent, only features requiring this data cannot be used, while other parts of the Application can continue to be used. Sending commercial electronic communications is also subject to your additional consent.
5. Transfer
Your data is transferred to an electronic communication service provider for sending short messages and verification codes and to your agency and tour guide within the country as part of your tour registration; abroad, it is transferred for the provision of the service. Your data is hosted in data centers in the European Union (Netherlands); some services use foreign service providers based on the service. Additionally, data is transferred to foreign service providers for artificial intelligence, mapping, email transmission, and error reporting services within the mechanisms provided in KVKK Article 9. 6. Collection Method
Your data is collected electronically through the Application and the web, using automatic and partially automatic methods. Some information regarding your tour registration is entered by your agency; your agency is responsible for fulfilling its own obligation to inform you regarding this information. The account holder must be 18 years or older. Individuals under 18 cannot open their own accounts; they are recorded as child registrations with parental/guardian consent, and licenses are not assigned to child registrations.
7. Storage
Your data is stored for the duration necessary for processing purposes and the statutory limitation periods; these durations are determined on a category basis in our Storage and Destruction Policy. When you delete your account, your data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized, subject to legal storage obligations.
8. Your Rights Under KVKK Article 11
You have the rights to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information regarding it if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose, to know the third parties to whom it has been transferred domestically and abroad, to request correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately, to request deletion or destruction within the framework of KVKK Article 7, to request notification of these transactions to third parties to whom it has been transferred, to object to the emergence of a result against you exclusively through automated systems, and to request compensation for damages in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

To delete your account, you can also use https://umrahai.ai/hesap-silme.
