Delete account and data
You can request deletion of your UmrahAi account in the app. If you cannot access the app, use this form. The web form does not delete your account immediately; we contact you to verify account ownership before processing the request.
Deleting from within the app
Go to Profile › Delete account. A confirmed request deactivates your account. The app shows your recovery period and deadline; during that period, sign in and choose “Restore my account” to cancel. Signing in alone is not enough. Permanent deletion begins after the deadline. Limited records may be retained for legal obligations, security and evidence of deletion.
