DELIVERY AND CANCELLATION/REFUND TERMS — LICENSE SALES
This page applies to license sales made by Ofi Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi ("Platform") to travel agencies via the Agency Panel. These sales are conducted between merchants and do not fall under the scope of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers. The Framework Service and License Agreement and its annexes concluded between the parties shall prevail.
1. Delivery
The license is fulfilled digitally; there is no physical delivery. For credit card payments, licenses are defined as a separate batch in the Agency Panel and become ready for use immediately upon payment confirmation; for wire transfer/EFT payments, this occurs once the funds are credited to the Platform's account. Each batch is valid for 12 months from the date of definition; consumption begins with the batch that has the earliest expiration date (FIFO).
2. Usage
Licenses are consumed when the Agency provides the "Start Tour" confirmation for the relevant tour and based on the number of pilgrims in the tour; until this point, the tour roster may be freely modified without consuming any licenses. Details are set out in the License Rules annex of the Agreement.
3. Cancellation and Refund
(a) Prior to the "Start Tour" action, the tour roster may be freely modified without consuming licenses; once "Start Tour" has been executed, the defined licenses cannot be cancelled or refunded. Exceptional requests are evaluated via the support channel; they are subject to the Platform's discretion and do not constitute a precedent.
(b) For a completely unused batch, a refund may be requested via [email protected] within 7 days of the payment date. Refunds are issued via the original payment method, provided that no licenses from the batch have been consumed. (c) Partially consumed batches and expired licenses are non-refundable.
4. Invoice
The invoice is issued electronically following the completion of payment and is sent to the Agency's registered e-mail address.

In the event of a conflict, the Framework Agreement and its annexes shall prevail.
